1- Specific strength assessment
Isolating each muscle groups, we will manually test your strength in each of the major muscle involved in running.
2- Functional strength assessment
Using functional movement, we will assess your strength and any imbalance.
3- Functional Mobility assessment
Using running specific movements, we will assess your mobility in all major joints.
4- Running mechanics analysis
You will be asked to run on a treadmill and/or outside while being filmed to analyse your running mechanics.
5- Recommendation
You will go over your resuts and discuss solution to your areas of weakness and put a plan in place.
